Privacy, Terms of Service, data deletion and related policies
PRIVACY POLICY
Thynaptic Labs ("we," "us," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information through our applications and services.
We collect information you provide directly (account, messages, feedback), information collected automatically (device, usage, logs), and information from third parties (analytics, platform integrations). We use this information to provide services, improve user experience, communicate with you, and fulfill legal obligations.

These Terms govern your access to and use of Thynaptic Labs services. By accessing or using our services you agree to these Terms.
Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse our services, attempt to reverse engineer, or interfere with service integrity. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, scraping, distributing malware, and violating laws or third-party rights.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
Intellectual Property
All content and intellectual property provided by Thynaptic Labs remain our property. You are granted a limited license to use the services as permitted by these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thynaptic Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction specified in our contact details or as otherwise stated.
DATA DELETION / REMOVAL
Users may request deletion of their personal data. Deletion requests are verified to prevent abuse and processed promptly. Where immediate full deletion is not possible (e.g., backups, legal holds), we will explain the retention timeline.

Manual Requests
Alternatively, request deletion by emailing privacy@thynapticlabs.com with a clear subject line and the email associated with your account. A confirmation will be provided once deletion is complete.
We will respond within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law.
SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is completely secure; users should protect account credentials.
